I noticed your ISO is pretty high, making the picture a bit noisy, i get those too sometimes. Not as sharp as it could be coz of the slow shutter speed, guess we cant do anything about the f/3.8 coz its mostly the lenses that determine that.
Solution: dropping the ISO, further slowing down the shutter speed, making sure she stays very still, while using a tripod
Or oh, solution 2: flashgun, bouncing light off ceiling not her, or any other "would-be-nice-to-reflect-light-on" surface.
