    Light source: reflector discs + Speed light?

    Reflector only sir (It works well when you don't flood the light onto subject, but find an angle that gives you enoff to work with, plus setting your aperture and shutter speed well...see exif data)...i had to battle a shaky and grumpy assistant friend as well.
