      What sacrilege is this!

I never delete photos — ever — unless it's un-intended nudity or if somebody else shot nonsense with the camera.

    2. lebogang nkoane

Oh, yeah — that eye-fi stuff is pretty cool.

    3. Mpumelelo

      lol @"un-intended nudity"

I had to do something. My external harddrive is full as well :(

    4. lebogang nkoane

tjo! ja no that's tough — i'd delete music I can, ahem, 'get again'.

… but I have a harddrive 1.5TB dedicated to just photographs.

    5. Nappy Head

I've been backing them up on dvd. When I get more space like LBG, I'll put them back. Nice easy access. Trust me man. Deleting photos will haunt you for a long time.

Eye-Fi sounds really kewl. I may need that at some point, but for now... pockets are tight. Eye on the 5D.

    6. Diaan

I delete almost 95% of everything I shoot. If I won't be able to do something useful with it later, it's toast. (Okay, I also shoot 21MP RAW files at ~28mb a piece, so space runs out pretty quickly.)

    7. Jeff Rikhotso

Im about to delete about 50 Gigs of useless stuff filling up my Mac Book...my Ext hard drive is filled with designs, PSD, ID and Ai soft copies, which r huuuuge.

Thanks Mpumi, will mos def check it out.

    1. Matt

      Awesome stuff Jeff....

What are your rates ? Might want to do the odd model shoot next year...

    2. Jeff Rikhotso

      Thanks Matt
Have no clue as yet. Doing some studio stuff will be refreshing, but my heart is in the streets thru and thru.

    3. Diaan

It's great how we all have our preferences. I've realised the streets are not for me. The studio is where I'm at.

    4. lebogang nkoane

Diaan — I hear you: I prefer outdoors (landscapes), most importantly, where no animal (incl. humans) in my view-finder.
