    @ Ngu, If you can look closely on the pic, there are two shacks built, one for bomme (women) and the other one for bontate (men). After slaughtering, the meat is cut and shared into two, and the other share is given to men.

    This share is called magopelo. Anyone who arrives before the big day is served this meat cooked by bontate. The other share that is cooked by bomme is served to everyone on a big day.

    Ntsasa add Gout along with HB pressure. One of my uncle's still claims he rather go out fighting gout than live on salads.
