according to the web dictionary's explanation, in music, anticipation is an introduction on a weak beat of one note of a new chord before the previous chord is resolved.

    it's a waiting room of an ophthalmic surgery; an eye specialist. i had an oil gland that needed to be removed.
    he is old, the place is older, he is from england and looks 125 years old. it's like a museum in there, he referred to a to musty, yellowed-brown book to describe my 'condition'. has a globe light and ancient tools to work with.

    he may have experience, and was cheap, but i am young and couldn't risk it.
