Boxed

Boxed

Let me start by saying... eek... I decided to test this effect and lost my original image... so this one is absolutely strange, BUT sometimes things happen for a reason (well - things just happen for reason - point). So I saw the meaning in what was created... We have all been here... put in a box. Where rules have to be followed, certain dress styles have to be obeyed, shoes have to be worn, certain foods and drinks avoided... etc... the list really can carry on for days. But my question is WHY? Especially in a love relationship. You meet someone, you fall in love with who that person is, everything they are... Then WHY would that person (or yourself) try to change the other one... mold them, put them into a box? If it will not enhance your spiritual growth, then WHY?

we confine ourselves to boxes the moment we decide who we are. it's not so much external as it is internal.
as soon as you've decided to be a Goth: you confirm lock, stock and barrel to that lifestyle. You wear the clothes, you smear the makeup, you listen to the joints.
    Same with a couple.

boxes can be good when self-imposed, in order to create some sort of discipline, routine, and gauge one's abilities.
They are not good if you expect to change someone else with them.
