Re-Invention _

i dont know if any1 has noticed - alot of proffesional radio jocks are being replaced by people have never studied radio before (i dont know if its a trend) - but its good tho - it will force other people to re-invent themselves (well their carreer's) - i dont think any1 should stay at 1 job for more than 2 years (well unless if you own the company - then thats a bit different)

You should tell that to people working at multichoice ... Its craze people clock 10-15 years doing one thing ... no wonder they so uninspired and crumpy ... but its cool! But then again if you're skill is not specialized one tends to stick whatever that is going to put food on the plate...

I agree, a lot of Djs are being replaced... my take on the issue is, if you not good anymore move on! Find something new.

Ya ne, work. my take is if you are happy even on your worse days keep going. if you are unhappy with anything leave it, this does't include body parts..

I heard Little Brother on Y yesterday -
i was glad they are playing "that" type of music
but Kenzhero - was playing so - its not realy the station
that was playing little brother - i think kenzhero should be
a regular dj on Y - that on its own should improve the music.
