    @ NguJaz. I am a bit slow. Do you mean the growth from one level of assurance to another. moving past ego...I think I take these changes tentatively. But its true, as much as we celebrate a ‘formal moving’ from one level to another (like in work/study) our personal life also deserves this… valuing and celebration.
