    i must say, the look on their faces is haunting. hope mixed with exhaustion. leaving a piece of the window in this photograph adds to it - they are the outsiders. and all we see from the inside is a hand. very well constructed. im not sure what you were going for, but from what i deduce many elements come together to create a certain mood. power to you.

    @ makhaya - the first thing I noticed about the girl in the foreground was the heaviness (yet still graceful) in the way in which she carried herself. Her facial features also, were beautiful - particularly her eyes (piercing, deep, alive). I wanted to show the barriers at play here (visible and invisible) + (impenetrable). so many contrasts in this frame for me.
