the way you juxtaposed the earth-remover & billboard makes for interesting commentary on the drunken stupor-like construction that´s taken over the whole city...though yes admittedly there´s a reason just the timing has thrown a lot things off...like the traffic jams...
reminds me of work by santu mofokeng, can´t quite remember the title of the works/series yet it was him juxtaposing billboards with the context in which they where placed...
