Photoshop CS5 has a new feature called Content-Aware, so when u r doing panoramas, this feature can fill in content that was not even there when u shot your pic....#learning.
Yeah, when Adobe was introducing photoshop CS5, photographers, went: WTF? Digital manipulation to another level. I have the demo video clip where they show how to it adds an entire field of grass; extends roads, … etcetera (pun intended), ish is insane, but proverbial.
In my humble opinion, the minute you add/create 'elements' to an image, it becomes 'graphic design', and not photography.
But, pro's would argue different, alas, I am only an amateur.
I am bof a graf designer and photographer....so i guess that line is blurry to me. But then again rules r just rules. I think its a delicate balance....agree with that school of thought, 90% of the times.
love it, I want it printed on my wall in my house...FRESH!!! hmmm...wonder what it looks like slightly saturated?!
@Lebogang there is much truth in what you are saying but I guess like Jeff said, "I am bof...so I guess that line is blurry to me." for now ill just call it the evolution of the craft within photography...Because in truth photoshop just brought the darkroom to a digital platform, simplifying it per-say. #myopinion
love it
