I am told that is what 'innovation' is all about.
So, two photographs, were posted/uploaded. Wait, two, images, were posted/uploaded. At first, I did not see anything wrong, but the second one, made me think. The image is a photograph, but is the photograph by the photographer.
The answer to that question was, it was not the photographer's original photography.
I'll be honest, I know there will come a time where I might not be able to 'police' anything, but copyright infringement is and won't be acceptable, It does not matter in what context the excuse is in.
So, please read the 'information' page to get an understanding of what is allowed and what is not. I thought this stuff was obvious.
So, err, truth of the matter is, if a photograph is found to be in violation of any law (international and/or South African), the photographer will be asked to remove the photograph within 1-2 hours, otherwise the [system] robot will do it automatically, which includes the "deletion of the entire photographer's account."
It's harsh but it's fair, me thinks.
