Alo, if you read yesterday's: Possible Failure, post you'll understand my reluctance to drop the books, especially the Heritage Book. My argument is simple, if the 'data' loss does actually happen, what would have been the point of it all?
So, the people that provide the technology (Hetzner) tell me a new server will be ready by Thursday end of business day --- which means, I will only be able to complete the migration early hours of Friday.
It sucks, yes, but what we can do is still, option 1:
Which would mean, all (willing) 'graphers can upload photographs that represent 'Heritage', and where possible, tag 'em with at the least this phrase: heritage day
If you are game with that, then we can begin tomorrow and Thursday. Reason I say today and Thursday is that --- most of the 'graphers connect from work, and being that to tomorrow is a holiday? ipso-facto.
Once the data-migration has been completed --- we can still, continue on with the Heritage Book --- unless y'all feel that it would be like beating a dead horse?
Your thoughts? Let me know, if you would still want to wait for the 'Book' to be ready, which will push it at best to Monday (it will be open for 7 days for responses) then published after.
1ove, collaboration.
ps: I apologise for the bad grammar/spelling as I type this I have no desk to type it on, and my back is killing me.
