I dunno. I think its working great as is.
I know as creative/tech/geeks whatever, that these things are always a work n progress.
But all I'd say is, don't let the tech, or the UI, or the back-end get in the way of the pics.
The pics should be centre stage. As they are now.
That said, I'll test where ever you go ...

I intend to start working on a new 'version' of 75. Primarily the plan is to implement 75 with a new 'framework' (geeky talk to say: a new system/technology to run tings).
But, I do think, there is a lot more, that can be done, your thoughts, ideas, doodles etc will help [nearly used a 'together we can do more'].
What would you suggest we change, improve, add, remove?

I am not changing --- I will be moving from a framework to another: which is more robust, and allows for API's (internal and external) --- then I'll be adding a few other things.
I will be adding a few other things, e.g.: slideshow, books (which are like 1 year overdue), email notification (where application),
I will be re-doing the messages/contacts sections: get the design right, add a bit more Ajax to them.
But, ja, I hear you --- to be honest, I don't think I even have the time to finish all these things I want to complete.
