    Great use of angled light gives a sculpture within a sculture. All words are essentially metaphors, but what of pictures and clayed images? Have you found what YOU are looking for, kotn?

    Rudzani dude,,, I am still searching. tell this much; everyday i spend being a physcal artist - the closer i get to what i'm looking for.

    I think i understand what you mean by the intertextuality of sculpture. I however, feel that an image can never successfully represent an object say, sculpture. unless of course you're trying to create meaning. Then the likes of Roland Barthes and Sonia Sontag will love you.
