Dude Massive Attack .... Love those cats ... But eish my parents hated that sound man ... PortisHead, Tricky, OSundBaDd that whole trip-hop sound, Man I hated it I just came of listenig like head boping rap, like LP, gravediggars, Aesop Rock after I was on a break from the Ummah Productions and the das efx's, The rEd-Method man sound ... But I was a skater then .... I guess ...
U know what I'm reading this book ... Where You're At (Notes from the frontline of a hip hop planet by Patrick Neate ... And there is One thing that constently it highlights ... Its no longer where you at BUT where you trying to go . . . But hip hop still becomes the basis for all you philosophies ... OR Hip Hop has been instrumental in opening an eye to other cultures be it in music, literature or political views ...
