Just finished watching all of Heroes (well Season 1 anyway). Something about 'genetic' evolution always fascinates me or maybe it's just the desire to be 'special'.
Hiro Nakamura is my favourite, and I think Yamutsi Yoshikawa would agree.
But, why did Simone have to die, dam she was fine.
The guy who plays Hiro has a very high IQ level, can't remember the number, but he is acting. What brothers me is the future Peter's scar... with his healing powers we was not meant to have one. Can't wait for season 2.
Well, I think Peter only has the Healing power when he commands it, so in the heat of battle he might be focused on Tele-kenisis(f7) instead... but as KOTN said last night, Peter could have 'absorbed' his brother's power of flight, and flown into outter space on his own, to detonate the 'nuclear bomb'... but then again... he was focused on trying to control it...

true... the future Hiro could've traveled back in time and kill the Sylar [but maybe he didn't know him]. Save the cheerleader Save World was a bit off considering the same cheerleader was alive in the future so why the big fuss about her and what role did really play in the last episode...?
I digged the series but I left like they did it as they went along...
bafana: they explained it. The cheerleader had healing powers, if Sylar had that power which he would have got during the 'homecoming thingy magic'... then when Hiro stabbed him with the sword, Sylar would have healed... and well, the world (or in this case New York City) would have been a 'nuclear' wasteland...
Jaz: the rain drum collects rain, when it rains via the spouts (f7)... then during the 'drier' seasons that water in the drum is used for utility (as is cleaning, washing clothes, gardening) that type of stuff... if it wasn't for acid rain,,, one could drink the water...
Okay 1st of all humans in general have healing powers, you get cut you gonna heal, the worse the wound the worse the scar. The difference with Clare is that her healing process is highly accelerated and more advanced. Peter's wound must have been so bad that even though it healed it left a scar, maybe his face was sliced open it wasn't just a simple cut.
Then when looking at Peters powers, I think he can only use one at a time, he has to focus on the original bearer of the power to use the power oviously in the future he has become really good at this. On the last episode he was posessed by the nuclear power hence he could not fly himself out (one power at a time).
Hiro has got amazing potential but looking at the fact that Peter can do what he can do, Peter would have to be my favourite.
Rain drum: If only somehow all the people that complain to the government for water could atleast utilise this for a start. I swear I go to Diepsloot and they leave taps running on the side if the streets, then you see them on the news complaining about water.
I remember that clearly when I was still growing up in Botswana and Rustenburg ...
But where we lived there was goverment supplied water but people there had the notion to save water ... and keeps monthly cost down too ... Simple examples in life that show presevation .... self-evolution change ... as much as Heroes potrays it as happening in the present ... Until Self-Realisation of the GodHead within Us ...which entails realising ones potential beyond de projected phisical reality... the evolution change might happen ...
and this is a long way coming ... 1000s of years to come ... What we do now is important in working with the Soul of the World ... to archive our next step of evolution ...
Heroes: Hopefully it does not turn out like X-MEN ... and they start wearing costumes ... eish Americans ... Peter is de man 4 now I dont think is dead either even his brother but ... Sylar is nothing compared to the other One ... Thats de one I wanna see ...
