so cool how the shadow adds an interesting three-dimension to the flat two dimensional compositions that rock art/san paintings are known for...the shadow pose got me thinking...so weird how the meduim-photography/artist-cameraman, have added into the documenting and story telling that was common in bushman art-'been there...' part of it atleast.

Tibet: "bushman" is a colonialist term. Derogatory.
And it's not lost on me that when African nations bicker we refer to them as "tribal" wars. If the fights were in fact "tribal", it would be a family argument. If 500 people are dead, it's nations. African Nations are at war.
On a lighter note. Holidays are perfection. And I loved Kenya. Aside from the heavy Asian influence. That was depressing.
