    Like any artform --- it has to be creative, but that creativity has to inspire.

    Hiphop is about two things: beats and rhymes. In words of Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal: the rhyme style is elevated, the style of beats is elevated, but it's still GURU and Premier.

    So, true Hiphop has to do just that --- make music that elevates (the artform and the person listening to it).
