I passed the first part of my 'facilitator/assessor' training -- now I will be diving into a 3-4 months long collection of evidence proving that I can actually facilitate and assess learning.
Well, err, before the course, I'd answer your question as: yes, become a lecturer. (btw: I have been one since 2002.july);
But, "lecturing" is so-not-outcome-based-education; so I'd say I am now a Facilitator and Assessor of Learning. Lecturing is one of the methods to facilitate learning.
*wishing, Liz (my facilitator) could see what I just said, she'd be very happy with my new diction. ;-)
