Hello.

I am try/ing/ to covertly advertise my b/ook/journal (some of you will call it a blog).  It is finished.  It will be live in 2 hours. 

I can't seem to find a/way* to covertly/ advertise it, so I fig/ured mayb/e try an an overt strategy?

    How'd you do it bra, I've been trying to get this right for the longest time to no avail.

    1. loadshedding helps (keeps everythig dark) or you could switch of the lights.

    2. set camera on a tripod (coffee table in my case), anythig stable surface will do.

    3. set the time value of the camera to anything longer than 4 seconds (30 seconds is dope, but human patience gets in the way)

    4. the aperture/iso is upto you

    5. get a torch or portable lighting device (torch/candle/lighter or a cellphone light also works)

    6. click the shutter (you might want to switch on the room lights to get the camera to focus on something if you have auto-focus on)

    7. switch on your portable device, then move it around (write words, outline yourself) until you hear the 'click' sound on your camera, which should be whatever you set on 3.

    *aside: using two different 'portable' light devices (torch and cellphone) creates interesting things,,,
