Hello,

the first time I was able to isolate rain drops in a photograph I was extremely excited but that didn't last 'coz I couldn't replicate it — it's been three years trying to repeat that until yesterday and this is what I got.

For the record here are the settings I used to get it right (I'll need to come back here in case I forget, again.)

flash on; exposure 1/60; F 4.0; ISO 400; Focal Length 18mm

Anybody care to explain to me what value is in knowing the Focal Length (I know what it means scientifically) in photography?

1ove, pours.

Post — the composition was straight up wack — lets say it was a fluke that I got the 'rain drops', but by the time I got the settings right (I took like 10-20 different shots with different settings to get here) the rain stopped.
