    i also have an issue with the braai day name.
    as South africans, we braai anyway, whenever we get the cahnce, or if there is a sunny public holiday. Hell, in Cape town, most houses have a built in (covered/ indoor) braai area.
    why take something that came out of such an eventful history and reduce it to a couple of chops and beer?
