    Lovely kid.
    I pray for better future for all kids in S.A.. Discipline and punishment at school has been done with, Parents are not allowed to give their kids a hiding.. The media is polluting kids mind, with visuals of drugs, sex and violence...and a whole lotta bullshit... Kids are now on a ramapage to kill one another.....

    If I may, ask, when you were a kid, Abe, How did the media 'pollute' your mind?

    I thought that's what parenting was there for, to guide, instil the values that they (the parents) think are good for their child --- how can we expect a profit-making-and-driven institution to uphold moral values?

    ps: drugs, sex, violence makes for a dope ass flick, Traffic anybody?

    I don't think its fun at all... I got a whip every time I was up to mischief.. I was sent away to an all boys school and had to shower everyday with cold water, till the solar geysers were installed. But on a cloudy day had to take an icy shower... Played sports everyday........ There is definately more family friendly games... The Sims, Popeye, Olympics, Strategy games... Parents are losing the plot in this instance.

    but i cant imagine telling my kids to go stand at the corner and think bout what they just did, na aa.

    back in my day as an au pair i had to make a chart and every wrong or good got a tick on the chart and at the end of the week the most right ticks got a reward. it worked with the kids but its like bribbing them to be good.

    Past weekend I witnessed about 15 WITS-TECH ladies doing a puff-n-puss of Hubbly-Bubbly, weed mixed with some white substance... and lots of booze... Now thats too sick man. I know it looks cool from a student point of view, but can u imagine if one of them had TB and stuff.... I know most tricks in a students book, so I'll definately wont take ish, but will be fair at the same time... Difficult times I must say..
