Serenade

Serenade

I can't do the talk like the talk on the TV

And I can't do a love song like the way it's meant to be

I can't do everything but I'd do anything for you

Can't do anything except be in love with you

Yup. This still resonates with me. Some level of me wishes it didn't but I know deep down that she will always be there. Whether she wants to be or not.

Cool shot. I didn't really get any cool shots of this girl, but by that stage I was getting tired.

  2. Palapala

    A nice shot

  3. barnardinho

Nice one Matt - were you using flash or is it ambient light?

  4. Matt

@barnardinho I believe I was yes...still have a lot to learn with flash photography..

i think we need a "like" button on 75.

  6. Matt

@yizzi25 that's what the little heart is for..click and give me some love :)

@yizzi25 are you telling me in all the years you've been on 75 you didn't know 'bout the heart?

… aside: we love, love. Show and give some love. To "like" is a weaker metaphor of what we express through the 'clicking' of that 'heart'. Like, Lwazi keeps saying: straight to the heart.

    :)

Could I also be really bitchy and say "Don't lower my 75 to the level of that dirt that is Facebook!!" ? :)

  9. yizzi25

@Lebogang, @Matt I know about the heart, i give a lot of "love" , but .... i just thought maybe a facebook "like" button would also add some value.
but then again ... that idea will not prove to be popular as i can already predict. lol,

… oh, that — well I thought about that yesterday to tuck-it away under the '(share)' thing: but I'll probably update the twitter part first. I don't trust facebook, I'll have to make sure whilst there is a 'like' button somewhere, facebook is not identifying people and telling you: "be the first of your friends to like this"

… there is something inherently wrong with the choice of words, tone and register that facebook uses, almost as if, the minute something is liked, it's value depreciates immediately.

but, that's just me — what do the people say?
