I shot this picture at The Union Buildings just over a year back, that is how long I have been divided into two, trying to figure out what the person who sprayed ANC on the stop sign wanted to say:
1. Was it {some Du toit, Van der merwe, Kobus, Willie, Pietrus...etc} saying "somebody please STOP the ANC" Or
2.Was is it just a Comrade saying "VIVA ANC VIVA!!!"

@Juxtapose --- maybe it's 'cos u interpret it in your own (one) way. Nothing wrong with that but if others like i see more than more way 'sense making' way to interpreting this then ambiguity, is.
Stop the ANC.
Majority of its cadres, have been deployed to serve in the goverment are just concerned about accruing wealth at the expense of the citizens and not delivery.
There is now a lack of citizen confidence and trust in the system.
Its not only some Du toit, Van der merwe, Kobus, Willie and Pietrus.
This has been publicly evident in the spate of community protest, where Ngumani, Khumalo, Karabo, Ambuani and Terrence stay.
