Errr... this is a bit of a colab'. Bafana threw a word or two for the end product to look this way.

Errr....
i took the photo to photoshop...duplicated it... converted 1 into grayscale mode... played around with contrast, brightness and levels.... i selected the guy's sweater on the 2nd full colour photo... i then made the sweater of a richer yellow.... i went to the grayscale photo and converted it back to RGB (CMYK will also work).... then I copied the rich yellow sweater from the other photo and pasted it on a new layer directly on top of the sweater on the picture that i just converted back to RGB.
