Justice

Justice

Public performance piece from the Infecting The City project. This piece included powerful socio-historical references. This particular part of the performance seemed to evoke a sense of rebellion, revolution. A radical justice that occours when the people attempt to dispel both the  oppressive colonial and post-colonial presence.

The guy in the white coat, bearing the knife, embodies the force that is being rebelled against. All the others have united against this force. They are uprooting the very earth that he corrupted. That very soil that he has tainted and claimed, is being used against him.

    Justice can be poetic.
