It's intended. this was taken at my house and after taking many photographs out here, i've figured out what works and what doesn't. This shot is straight from the camera as is [it's just a bit softer because of the conversion of RAW to JPEG]

haha again @ yizzi. I chose monochrome for a good reason.

I noticed the 'out of focus' aspect too. Because I was shooting into sunlight, getting the focus to be on point was nearly impossible. I got the best I could...
