It is said that 'visual perception' (or "vision" for that matter) is as a result of absorbing visible light into ones eye.

I often wonder what one is actually seeing in the case of a silhoutte: Is it a shadow or ... lack of 'perception'?

I can't get over this...

    Comrade Lebogang,
    exactly how much can be made with these Google Ads --->

    {fcuk, they're pertinent!}

    I don't know, comrade.

    I am merely seeking finance to keep the site running, from them... I am going to test 'em for a month... if they pay divident I'll keep 'em, if not, they gotta go (fingers crossed for the latter, they messing with my design)

    Alas, the Google Adsense Terms of Service, do not allow me to expose that type of information.

    Unless you are keen on reading my company financial statements, but then again 2LMN is not a publicly listed company....

    The way the eyes see compared to the sensor is so different. To the sensor it's lack of any light, hence shadow. For the eye it's lack of perception

    True. And the brain registers "space". Out of which is form or shape. Although we exist in a 3-dimensional world, perception is 2d. So all form we see is perceived in corresponding patterns that we've gathered over a lifetime. Fantasic image though!
