 This morning, I don’t know what saddened me more- finding out that Korea has remade CSI and Grey’s Anatomy or discovering  

that Chan-Wook Park’s masterpiece/ psychological thriller  Old Boy is getting a Hollywood remake, featuring, hmmm, none other than umm, errr…Will Smith.

 

My heart says that it’s the latter.

    Old Boy, was by far the most dopest film I saw last year --- in fact, it is by far the only story that was 'new' in my mind --- never, ever in a million pounds of celluloid has anybody ever told that story.

    it's like that Common song about, '315 dollars ain't worth your soul' track (can't remember the name of it)

    nobody else could ever touch that story.
