I sorta like the naviation on Uli Heckman's site — its not conventional, but is quite fresh-ish.

The drawback is being able to link to the exact page you want, which is not possible — but that is when flash is not done right.

    I'm no fan of flash. It breaks navigation, and when navigation breaks, the web breaks.

    But ... Uli Heckman's site *is* fresh ... and keeps things simple. And of course his shots are phwoar!
