Which 'graph exactly? URL, please?

Ola Everyone
I seem to be having a little technical problem with a graph that i posted a few days ago. I did a few a changes on it and tried to reload the newly updated one but nothing happened. I clicked on the little edit link, it opened to allow me to change the photo as per usual and after it was done processing it showed the old one and not the newly updated one. I have been able to reload photos in the past but seems like this feature has stopped working for me, i tried it on a few other graphs and still gave me same problem.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue or am i the only one with this problem?

From my logs it says the image file was updated at 8:31am today, so it should be the updated one
but, I did not see the original one you posted, so I see what would be the difference.
