On every street corner (in major cities, i suppose).
I always bring this up — when I have to argue about crime. Can you imagine the resolve you need to have to decide, every morning, you will wake up (from wherever), go to a street corner and wait. and wait. and wait. and wait. and wait. Then wake up again (form wherever) to go to another street corner and wait. and wait. and wait. and wait.
Something and someone is bound to give.
