    The guy on the foreground looks crippled.
    This could be either on the 1st of May, worker's day (there's always a big march in Maputo) or now with the election campaign. Either way i think this might be a political statement from palapala...

    It happen on the celebration of first of May. The person crippled and get my attention because he go to the direction where the people of the government stays,. and the very hot day.The rest of the people they finish to passe on the tribune.
    The crippled person he try to get some attetion from our government people
