beetle buddies closed down, their rep in the beetle world is not good. most of their cars broke down not long after being bought and they were over priced. check this gumtree link

thats a tough one, when buying one make sure it has a service history and a guarantee from the seller that shud it breakdown within the 1st month or so he has to fix it. with beetles is a risk i guess, when i got mine i took it for service before i drove it just to be on the safe side.
