    Sheri, do you by any chance use the last curtain flash option, instead of the first? - im trying to figure out the movement/stilllness in the shot

    Lebo - I haven't really worked out how to get the rear curtain sync flash setting to work, this was shot was a slow shutter speed and half powered on camera flash to freeze the movement. Its something that takes a bit of time to perfect, but it does not always work.
