    @lobogang - you know, i only really started to experience the long days/ short days thing once i moved to CT. In summer, the sun is up by 05:30 and doesn't set until 20:30. But in winter - i leave the house at 08:00 to go to work and its still dark. If you happen to be out at 18:00, it's already pitch black outside. This is really the land of extremes. And then the rain just makes it so easy to roll over and press the snooze button one more time.
