    kunta kinte i remeber that poem It use hang in my guidance teachers classroom.It took me a while took me a while to to fully understand it and now that I'm a man I get it even more.

    the pic reminds me of lebos work as well.from here straight to the heart.

    perhaps it is my slow computer, but this pic unravels like a carpet. a carpet of sand. makes the whole thing move-like one is there. the colour is out of this world. you captured a large chuck of this space in reality and made it look so intimate to the viewer. wow.

    He is the one I remember:

    Footprints in the Sand

    One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
    Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
    In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
    Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
    other times there were one set of footprints....
