The reason I have a question mark there is because Im not sure if the cranes, the construction companies, etc. are building to enrich or support the ordinary community man's life or whther its just part of that system were some rich man found a niche in the market to make more money and bericher from the ordinary man's pocket... now wrapping up and holding back more thoughts...
