The mix between the stillness and movement create quite an expressive tension... the overexposure also gives it another dimension, as if it's all bodies or electrons full of energy floating in space (reminds me of Craig Taborn's "Bodies at rest and in motion - Junk Magic"... it could've been an apt soundtrack).
