    The upright bass, for me, the sexiest jazz instrument, the way one has to embrace it, how your hands slide through or slap it, and, of course, the curves and scale of it...
    Then, if you mange to play it like Mingus did, it is musical lovemaking.
    I've just thought of a photo I made about year and a half ago... (quickly opens explorer to look in archives...)
