I view pipe reason as being an argument that involves elaborate gymnastics of reasoning to defend a flawed idea by transforming it into an absolute truth by way of its apparent conviction and certainty.
By closing the dialogue to other alternatives, we might be blindly following an elaborate path where its twists and bends don’t allow us to realize that there is no light at the end of the pipe.
Most absolute truths follow this path until someone comes along and decides to go a bit further and get to the bottom of it.
