Quantum mechanics
tells us
that all possible futures are real,
that what hasn’t happened in this world
occurred in other
many-worlds…
that like Schrödinger's cat
we are both alive and dead...
but what does that have to do
with beauty or expression?
maybe only the possibility of infinite universes
attracts me with its deterministic view of nature
where any special role for the human mind is absent…
