The International Community chose to ignored any implications of genocide in Rwanda which resulted in the death of more than 800 thousand people.
i attended the 14th commemoration of the Rwanda genocide @ UCT and 1 of the things i learnt was , " it's time for Africans to start learning how to solve their problems to prevent anything like that to ever happen again".
sounds abit ironic when i look at Zim at this point in time...
