im busy compiling a research report on the education systems in africa n i must say the results don look good. in most countries there is an increase in demand for education but the institutions are unable to meet this demand as they don have the infrastructure and resources to do so. this inability then hinders economic growth as primary and secondary education are the most important levels of education in an economy.
in most countries the curriculum is still from the colonial era which was mostly meant to produce public servants.
i hope these doors will be open to offer relevant curricula in every african state.
