The picture doesn't really show this well, but in the middle there is an island that has been turned into a somewhat of a multipurpose district or whatever.
There's a residential area, restuarants, boutiques and office space. It kinda reminded me of melrose arch (joburg) a bit, but it looks nothing like it, but I think it serves the same purpose.
Houses and offices are painted in powder blues or very light greys or bright reds - kinda took me back to the movie Pleasantville.

Mr Nkoane - I'd say the purpose would be to encourage dialogue between like minded peops. You never know where it could take us. Collaboration on this or that, pure relationship building or whatever.
