Now that the pixel is 'lated' --- it's official, I am moving out.  So, till the final move (barring I don't get inspired by other photography) --- I let loose of all Alexandra Township photographs.

I know people who take pride of being from Alexandra and what not --- I do not --- just because I can live, wait make that, survive, doesn't mean it's liveable.  My most memorable event was in 1985:

When I threw a stone/brick at a khwela-khwela/yellow-mellow/army-police-truck-van-thing -- I ran away like crazy, didn't even see if the brick hit the thing or not.

*I am smiling, that memory reminds me of the moment between being a child and being aware of the world around you.

1ove, revolutionary.

Nice series,,, I realise that time moves forward yet the memories shown through the 'graphs can only be seen sensibly(dare I say chronologically) backwards. I don't think I'm expressing my self quite correctly.
