2. Dine like a local
So there's this place along the beach, called 'Bazar do peixe' which is like a 'tshisa-nyama', but only with seafood.
You arrive, pick yourself a table, and find a waiter. Then you and your waiter go to the back, the market to choose and buy the seafood which you wish to eat. This is fresh, straight outta the ocean - anything fresher is still swimming.
At this stage, you should either be fluent in Portuguese, or have a local guide. Your foreign tongue may cost you! Now you tell your waiter how you'd like your meal (grilled, fried, with chips, rice salad, etc.). Once that's done, you can have a seat, relax, and order a cold Laurentina.
