Taking my time while time tics by!

Thanks hey,took this in Nelspruit taxi rank.........
It made me think and wonder where could have things gone wrong......did this man choose this life,was he too lazy to try and make a decent living out of the least he had....?
Were circumstances that hard for him to give up completely on everything,is he mentaly disturbed or has drug abuse fried his brains......?
A lot of things happen in and around our lives,some we pay no attention to,some we turn a blind eye to,is it because our lives are more comlicated and superior to even think about entertaining such people?
Where do you start ttryin to help such a person?
